MedStart Consultants LLC was founded with a simple mission: to help healthcare providers build strong, compliant, and compassionate practices from the ground up. With years of hands-on experience in clinical operations, staffing, and regulatory compliance, we saw firsthand how overwhelming it can be for providers to juggle patient care with the complexities of running a business.
We created MedStart to bridge that gap.
Our founder, Juanita Lewis, began her career as a Medical Assistant and quickly rose to leadership roles in healthcare administration. After witnessing the challenges that small practices faced—from navigating state regulations to hiring reliable staff—she was inspired to create a consulting firm that offers real-world support with a personal touch.
